How much money can you make selling Avon?
An Avon Independent Sales Representative can earn money in several ways. By selling Avon products you will earn traditional commission through “face to face” sales. These are orders you have taken in person through brochure hand outs, parties, referrals, fundraising, ect. In face to face sales, your customers will pay you, and you will pay your representative price to Avon when you submit your orders, and the amount you have left after you have paid Avon will is your commissions earned. (The amount of commissions earned will be shown below in the Avon earnings chart, based on sales.)
You will also be able to set up, through Avon, your own personal Avon e-rep website. This website will have a unique URL that connects the sales to you. Your customers will be able to shop online 24/7, and either selects to have the orders delivered to them by you, or directly delivered to their mailing address. If the customer has selected to have the order delivered by you, it will be submitted to you as a traditional sale, and you will receive commissions in the same way you do as a face to face sale. If your customer selects direct delivery, they will pay online when they submit the order, and you will receive a credit on your Avon account as commission.
Another way people earn money with Avon is through leadership. In leadership, you recruit others to begin their own Avon business and sign them up on your team. Appointing new recruits can be done in person with local prospects or customers, and recruits may be appointed online using your own personal Avon reference code. In leadership, you will earn different bonuses based on the performance of your team. (I know, you are still asking, “how MUCH can I earn doing Avon?”
Really, how much money can you make selling Avon?
As stated above, the amount of commissions you earn from selling Avon product is based on the sales you have for the given campaign. (Our campaigns are 2 weeks each, giving you 26 campaigns per year.) An Avon representative could earn between 0 – 50% commissions on products sold. There are “Fixed Earnings” products in every brochure in which an Avon representative would earn 20% regardless of the sales size for that campaign. The Fixed Earnings products are marked in the Avon catalogs with four diamonds in front of its description, and they include things such as home goods, licensed items, and fashion. All other products are referred to as full earnings items, and are composed of most beauty, skin care, makeup and bath and body items.
