Avon small business

Avon offers a small business opportunity with flexible hours. If you have thought about direct selling from home, earning from a home business, or marketing online, Avon could be the right choice for you! Avon offers the lowest investment cost of any beauty direct selling opportunity.

How much does it cost to start selling Avon?
The investment cost to start selling Avon is $15. You will receive a Starter Kit which includes full size products, brochures and samples (a $36 value) FREE with your investment cost. You will also have the option to choose the Smart Value Avon Starter Kit or the Elite Avon Starter kit; each with additional materials to help you get started as a successful Avon representative in your new home business. You will not be asked to sign a long term contract, and you can cancel at any time.


What is the sales quota to stay active with Avon?
There is no minimum order, and there are no sales quotas with Avon. You sell the volume you want. You will not be asked to purchase an inventory or a party kit. To remain active with Avon, all you need to an order at least every 2 months, and there is no minimum to that order!


How much money can I make selling Avon?
On average, an Avon representative makes at least $200 a month. Your income is up to you because you can earn by selling Avon, and you can earn by recruiting your own team. When you sell Avon, you will submit an order every 2 weeks for your customers. As long as all of your customer orders (and your own order) add up to be at least $50 in total sales, you will earn from the Avon Earnings Chart.

Avon Earnings Chart:
$50-149.99     =20%
$150-294.99     =30%   
$295-439.99     =35%
$440-924.99     =40%
$925-1574.99     =45%
$1575 or more     =50%

In Avon Leadership, you recruit Avon representatives to sell on your Avon team. You can earn bonuses for recruitment signup, and you will also earn based on your team members Avon sales. The Leadership Bonus chart ranges from 3% to 10%.


Avon Eligibility
You do need to have some credentials to give you the best opportunity to succeed. Minimum credentials are:
  • 18 years of age or older,
  • Have a driver’s license,
  • Checking account in your name,
  • Telephone, and
  • A credit card in your name.

How to get started selling Avon
Signing up to sell Avon has been made simple for you! Use an Avon Reference Code to join a team with an Avon Leadership Representative to help you start your Avon business and answer your questions. My Avon team, Team Trendy, is nationwide, covering 17 states in the US. You do not need to sign with a local representative when you sign up online. Avon provides tools and training to guide you to become a successful Avon representative. Plus, you will have the support from your Upline (the person you sign up with) and your local District Manager.


How much does it cost to start selling Avon?
Avon is one of the least expensive home businesses to start up. The cost for Avon signup is $15. The investment of $15 will also cover your Basic Avon Starter kit containing 20 Avon catalog books, 2 full size products and training materials. You will also have the option to choose the Deluxe Avon Starter kit with additional materials to get you started with your new home business.


How much can you earn selling Avon?
You can earn an Avon commission of up to 50% from your sales! Collect orders throughout a campaign (each campaign runs 2 weeks.) As long as your sales, the sum of all those orders, are $50 or more, you will earn from the commission chart. Any online sales you have from your Avon Representative Online Store will count towards your campaign sales as well.

Avon Earnings Chart:
$50 – 149.99     =20%
$150 – 294.99     =30%
$295 – 439.99     =35%
$440 – 924.99     =40%
$925 – 1574.99     =45%
$1575 or more     =50%

There is no minimum Avon order amount per campaign. To remain an active Avon representative, you will need to place an order at least every 4 campaigns.
