You set your goals, you set your hours, and
you make it happen. I have been selling Avon for about 3 years now. When I
started, I really just spent a little time on it here and there ¿ it was a
hobby to me, not a business. Slowly, I started to have more customers and
bigger orders, and I could see the difference in my income. Once I saw income,
my interest peaked and I started to work a little harder. Then, Avon had a
great incentive (for instance this year they have had iPads, HDTVs, trips to
Orlando) and I was motivated to work a little harder. I won the incentive, and
I realized that with a little more commitment, I could see a much better flow
of income. From that point, I began to really take my Avon business seriously.
Within 3 months, I became a Unit Leader, and by the end of that year I had past
Presidents Club and made Honor Society. Each of those steps comes with
additional income and bonuses. I know I could at any time make Avon my only
job, and work my business full-time with a great income. Avon even offers
